7. How have you found the maintenance requirements for the Norland equipment?


The learning curve for our employees on the use of Norland equipments was very short. The equipment is designed with the operators in mind. We find maintenance to be simple and straight forward. Whenever we have required assistance, we have found the Norland personnel to be very helpful.

8. How would you rate the “after the purchase” service from Norland's technicians?

I would rate it very high. The response time from Norland has been very timely and encouraging. I have not needed assistance often, but when I do, the technicians have been very good.
