An Interview with Dan Gabriel, President and CEO of Aloha Water Company, Inc. of Aiea, Hawaii Part 3

5. Norland’s equipment is made with the operators in mind. How did you find the learning curve for you and your employees?

A: Norland's equipment is very user friendly and is of the utmost quality. My business and expertise in the water business has me now designing, consulting, and building Bottled Water Plants around the world. As I said, I am in the process of designing 2 bottling plants outside of the country right now. I also represent Norland as a distributor of their bottling and water manufacturing equipment, which I recommend when designing bottling plants.

6. How has the “after the sale” service that Norland has provided you with been? Do you get answers to your questions in a timely fashion?

A: Norland’s support center has been tremendous and invaluable to us. They are always quick to respond to our needs in a timely and efficient manner. This is very important to us being so very far away from everything here. Not only are they quick to respond, but they are also very knowledgeable in what they do. I always feel confident that we are getting the best that Norland has to give when I'm dealing with them

7. Sam Noordhoff and Patrick McFarland are your personal contacts with Norland. How has your experience been thus far working with Sam and Patrick?

A: Sam and Patrick have just been simply the best of the best when it comes to Company owners that really care about their clients and their employees too. It really shows in the way they treat you, that they really care. I have yet to meet company owners that have the integrity, knowledge, and foresight that Sam and Patrick have. They are a BIG reason why I am a Norland Distributor.

Mahalo to Dan Gabriel of Aloha Water for taking the time to share his story with the Norland audience.
